Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma: Early research suggests that women who eat large amounts of cauliflower and related vegetables have a lower risk of developing non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. However, eating cauliflower and related vegetables does not seem to be associated with a lower risk of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in men.


Prostate cancer: Early research has shown that people who eat large amounts of cauliflower and related vegetables have a lower risk of prostate cancer.
