AILET 2024 Application Form:

AILET 2024 Application Fee:

Candidates must pay the application fee using different payment options. You can choose any of the options, including debit or credit card, or even internet banking.

The application fee is at least Rs. 3050 for general category candidates, and Rs. 1050/- in the case of SC as well as ST category applicants. In contrast, BPL candidates of SC and ST categories, aren’t obliged to pay any amount for application fees.

Eligibility Criteria:

For B.A.LL.B. (Hons):

Candidates must be able to pass the 12th class or a similar examination by a board recognized by the government.

The minimum score required for the exam must be a minimum of 50% on the qualifying exam.

The age of eligibility for applicants must be at least 20 at the time of July 2024.

Students who are studying are also pursuing the exam.

 

For LL.M. Course:

The applicant must be able to pass LL.B. or an equivalent degree from an accredited university.

The applicant must get a minimum 55% marks in total and 50 percent for those belonging to ST, SC, and the PH category.

Candidates who are during the last year of LL.B. may also be eligible for the test.

For Ph.D. Course:

Anyone who has earned an advanced diploma from a recognized university in Law at a recognized institution is eligible to take the exam.

The minimum marks required are 55% as well as 50% for applicants who belong under the reserved category.

For B.A.LL.B. (Hons. ):

Exam Mode The examination will be conducted in offline mode.

Total Questions The total number of questions will be 150 questions and 150 marks on the Question Paper.

Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes will be given to applicants to solve the test paper.

Type of Questions: The question paper will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).

Medium: The paper will be written in English medium.

Marking Scheme The correct answer will be comprised of one mark. 0.25 per wrong answer will count for each incorrect answer.

Sections The paper will have 4 sections, namely English, General Knowledge, Basic Mathematics, Logical Reasoning, and Legal Aptitude in the question exam.

AILET 2024 Answer Key:

The official authority will publish the answer key as a pdf within a few days of the date of completion of the examination.
