AILET 2024 Application Form:

Make sure you have all the details of the Application Form before proceeding further:

In the first place, applicants must register themselves.

Fill in the application form in the online application mode.

The registration process will begin in January 2024.

Complete all of the vital information on the form.

Candidates must provide an email address with a valid address and an address.

Upload the image scanned and signature.

AILET 2024 Application Fee:

Candidates must pay the application fee using different payment options. You can choose any of the options, including debit or credit card, or even internet banking.

The application fee is at least Rs. 3050 for general category candidates, and Rs. 1050/- in the case of SC as well as ST category applicants. In contrast, BPL candidates of SC and ST categories, aren’t obliged to pay any amount for application fees.

Eligibility Criteria:

For B.A.LL.B. (Hons):

Candidates must be able to pass the 12th class or a similar examination by a board recognized by the government.

The minimum score required for the exam must be a minimum of 50% on the qualifying exam.

The age of eligibility for applicants must be at least 20 at the time of July 2024.

Students who are studying are also pursuing the exam.

For LL.M. Course:

The applicant must be able to pass LL.B. or an equivalent degree from an accredited university.

The applicant must get a minimum 55% marks in total and 50 percent for those belonging to ST, SC, and the PH category.

Candidates who are during the last year of LL.B. may also be eligible for the test.

For Ph.D. Course:

Anyone who has earned an advanced diploma from a recognized university in Law at a recognized institution is eligible to take the exam.

The minimum marks required are 55% as well as 50% for applicants who belong under the reserved category.

AILET Exam Pattern 2024:

For B.A.LL.B. (Hons. ):

Exam Mode The examination will be conducted in offline mode.

Total Questions The total number of questions will be 150 questions and 150 marks on the Question Paper.

Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes will be given to applicants to solve the test paper.

Type of Questions: The question paper will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).

Medium: The paper will be written in English medium.

Marking Scheme The correct answer will be comprised of one mark. 0.25 per wrong answer will count for each incorrect answer.

Sections The paper will have 4 sections, namely English, General Knowledge, Basic Mathematics, Logical Reasoning, and Legal Aptitude in the question exam.

For LL.M. :

Syllabus for B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) This includes disciplines like General Knowledge (History, Geography, Current Affairs, Economics, General Science, and Civics), English, Legal Aptitude Reasoning, and Marks in Elementary Mathematics (Numerical ability).

Exam Centers:

AILET the exam in 2024 is expected to be held in diverse cities. A few cities include Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Cuttack, Dehradun, Delhi, Gandhinagar, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Jodhpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Raipur, Silchar, Varanasi, and Visakhapatnam.

AILET Admit Card:

Admission cards will be released by the institution by April 2024. Access to the hall ticket/admit cards is by way of the internet via the website. The admit card contained important information like exam date, exam location, center time, exam timings, roll number, and the name. It is not possible to enter the exam without an admit card. So, carry it with you.

AILET 2024 Answer Key:

The official authority will publish the answer key as a pdf within a few days of the date of completion of the examination. Answer keys will provide the correct answer to each requested question during the exam. The official authority will also include the option of submitting objections within the solution key.

Candidates will be able to look up the answer key on their way to the official website. To make it easier for applicants, we will provide directly linked answers to the key.

Result:

The results of the exam will be announced through an online portal. The results will be available during May for courses like BA. LL.B. But, results for LL.M. and Ph.D. are expected to be released during July. The admissions process will be begun based on the results that are obtained from the test
