Important Policies Regarding Exam Results
- For redressal of the examination-related complaint, any grievance, representation, appeal, legal case, or result must be submitted within 90 (ninety) days from the date of publication of the result. All the legal cases against the University will be filed only in the courts within the jurisdiction of Visakhapatnam City.
- Duplicate point lists and provisional certificates will not be issued within 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication of the result.
- Provisional certificates of college students and supplementary students will be forwarded to principals of related colleges later.
- Candidates should address the examinations, Controller’s University, Visakhapatnam’s controller for re-evaluation of their answer scripts, and reach them on or before 30-12-2014. All such candidates will apply for a re-evaluation application in the prescribed revaluation profiling by applying a prescribed demand draft for the amount of Rs.750 / – (seven hundred and fifty only) for each reply script. Demand Drafts should be prepared from any nationalized bank in favor of “Registrar, Andhra University, SBI, Visakhapatnam in Paykhla, South Campus, Visakhapatnam.” A copy of the handwritten by the candidate separately from each reply script Will be re-evaluated. ” Enclosed for revision application.
- Point statements and provisional certificates will not be issued locally, i.e., at the Office of the Registrar, Andhra University.
- Any candidate is liable to cancel the result at any time if the information given by the candidate in the application is found correct and if he/she is under consideration under the controversial period under the first and last year by the University.
- In the published results, any discrepancy and issue of issue / provisional certificate should be brought to the notice of the Controller of Examination within 15 days by the concerned Principal through the concerned Principal.
