Notification of the AP POLYCET
POLYCET is a state-level engineering entrance exam that allows students to gain admission to Polytechnic courses for students who have passed SSC or an equivalent exam. In general, SBTETAP issues an AP POLYCET 2024 notice in March. The online exam will begin in May. All Diploma Institutes in AP State are dependent on the results of the POLYCET for admission and therefore, eligible candidates can fill out an online application only on the official website by the last day.
Conditions for Eligibility for POLYCET 2024
Domicile and Nationality
1. Candidate must be of Indian nationality.
2. Candidates must be from the State of AP only and must meet the requirements for local status or non-local status as set out by the Andhra Pradesh Educational institutions or 1974 and later changed.
Education Credentials
1. Candidates must have passed the Class 10th Class (SSC) (or) equivalently acknowledged in the Board of Secondary Education in AP, Vijayawada is eligible.
2. The applicants who passed the exam in a compartmentalized manner (or) who are preparing in SSC are also qualified to apply. They must have been successful in all subjects before applying for admission.
3. Candidates belonging to NIOS / APOSS / CBSE / ICSE / other examinations recognized as (or) equivalent to SSC by AP Govt should have passed all the subjects including Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry with a minimum of 35% marks in each subject
Age Limit
The applicants must be over the age of 15 as of July 1st of the year that notification was issued. There is no age limit for maximum eligibility (Self-funding). The maximum age of eligibility to be granted a fee or scholarship according to AP Govt rules.

How to Apply AP POLYCET Online application form 2024
After passing the eligibility requirements of the entrance exam can apply online only. The application process is divided into two phases. in the initial phase, applicants must pay the application fee, while in the 2nd phase applicants can fill out their AP POLYCET Online application 2024 and submit the application. The applicant should print a copy of the application and save it for future use.
Application Fee and payment
1. Candidates must pay just Rs 330
2. The registration fee must be paid at AP Online or Helpline centers located in AP
Step 1: Payment of application fee

1. Candidates visit the nearest AP Online center.
2. Provide all the necessary information like name, date of birth, mobile phone number …..etc, and make the payment.
3. You will be issued an invoice for the fee paid at the above centers, with “Journal # “. Then you can submit your application.
Cost of Registration in Online
1. Log in to the official site, then click on “online payment” and then choose the type of post that you want to apply for POLYCET, and the District it belongs to, and fill in the personal information.
2. Select the correct payment mode ‘Payment of Gateway’ and choose the Bank. Clicking on make payment’ and click submit.
3. After completing the bank process, you will be issued a “Journal Number”, and can continue
Step 2: Fill in the online application
1. log in to the official website https://appolycet.nic.in, and go through the instructions to fill up the form. Click on the “Apply Online” link.
2. The next registration fee payment page will appear on your screen. Select the correct payment method for registration fees AP Online (or) Debit or Credit card, and then click.
3. When you click the button, the next “Payment verification” website will appear on the screen. Fill all of the information in the appropriate fields following the click “Proceed the form” and the “Proceed to fill the form” application is displayed.
4. Complete the academic, study, reservation, and personal information. Upload signature and photo, and click the “Save” option.
5. Then click submit, take the printout, mentioning” Reference ID” or “Reference Id” (Registration Id).

6. Click on the ” print your application” link, fill in the necessary information and then click submit.
The following information should be prepared for filling in the required information during the application form for AP POLYCET 2024.
1. Hall ticket number/year of passing, the place of study, and percentage for passing the exam.

2. Contact details and address to be used for correspondence
Caste is required in the case of SC / ST / BC candidates.
3. PH, NCC, NSS, CAP, Sports……. etc
4. Income certificate
5. Research or residency or any other relevant certificate to verify the status of a resident.

AP POLYCET Syllabus 2024
The syllabus for admission will comprise Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry for the 10th-class examination, March/April 2024, as per the requirements of the State Board of Secondary Education, AP.
Exam pattern
The test is will be conducted offline as Paper Pen Test. The test will comprise 120 different selection questions of 2 hours duration. Each question will have four options each of which is correct. Each correct answer is worth one mark. No negative marks.

AP POLYCET Hall tickets 2024
The authority that is organizing the exam will offer the facility to download admit cards online for the entrance examinations on its official website starting from April 4th, the week after the exam. The admit card contains the candidate’s roll number and name, father’s name category, sub-category signature, photograph day of birth, the language of the question paper, along with the address and name of the exam center. Candidates must be careful to read the entries. Hall ticket is not delivered via post.
AP APOLYCET Answer Key 2024
The authority will announce the answer keys for the test on its official website. Candidates will be able to calculate their scores on the entrance test after knowing the total amount of questions correctly scored by them using the key. If any candidate is unhappy concerning the main questions, they should submit the complaint to the organizing authority in writing, together with the supporting documents contests before the date of the result.
 AP POLYCET results in 2024
SITEMAP will conduct the entrance exam. SITEMAP has scheduled the initial test. Examine the answer sheets and likely announce the results within the last week of May. This will be published on the website. There will be a combined merit list that will be based on a category-specific merit list for all candidates who took part in the exam. All candidates who appeared for the entrance test will be awarded an exam-specific rank according to the results obtained on the test.
