Telangana DEECET (Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance Test) is conducted by the Department of School Education, Government of Telangana for admission into two-year Diploma in Education (D.Ed) courses offered by various institutions in the state of Telangana.

TS DEECET Web Counselling Process 2024

Candidates that have passed the TS DEECET 2024 holding a valid rank will be allowed to sit for the TS DEECET web counseling 2024 on the respective dates. Given below is the breakdown of the TS DEECET counseling process as well as guidance on how to apply for the counseling.

Online Registration: Candidates who have qualified in the Telangana DEECET exam are required to register online for the web counseling process. They need to visit the official website and enter their details like hall ticket number, rank, and date of birth to register.

Document Verification: After the registration process, candidates need to attend the document verification process at the designated Help Line Centers (HLCs). They need to carry all the required documents along with them for verification. The list of required documents includes the Telangana DEECET rank card, hall ticket, SSC or equivalent certificate, intermediate or equivalent certificate, transfer certificate (TC), income certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), and Aadhar card.

Web Options Entry: Once the document verification process is completed, candidates need to exercise their web options by selecting their preferred colleges and courses in the order of their preference. Candidates can modify or delete their options any number of times before the final submission.

Seat Allotment: Based on the candidate’s rank, category, and the options exercised, seats will be allotted to the candidates. The seat allotment result will be available on the official website. Candidates need to download the allotment order and report to the allotted college within the given time frame.

Fee Payment: Candidates need to pay the prescribed fee at the time of reporting to the allotted college. The fee can be paid online or offline.

Reporting to College: Candidates need to report to the allotted college along with the required documents and the allotment order. They need to complete the admission process and submit the necessary documents to the college authorities.
