Telangana TS ECET TSECET Online Apply A Common Entrance Test designated in full as Engineering Common Entrance Test for Diploma Holders and for B.Sc.(Mathematics) Degree Holders and in short ECET [FDH & B.Sc.(Mathematics)]- will be conducted by JNT University, Hyderabad on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education for the academic year for B.Sc.(Mathematics) degree holders.

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad, (JNTUH), has announced that the Telangana State Engineering Common Entrance Test is now available for Diploma Holders and B.Sc. (mathematics). Degree Holders [TSECET/FDH] & B.Sc. JNTUH will conduct the mathematics course in Telangana State on behalf of TSCHE. This is to allow for lateral entry into B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Pharm. The State of Telangana offers courses for the academic year 2024. The online application form is available starting in April.

March will see the Telangana Engineering Common Entrance Test (TSECET). Notifications will be sent. Candidates who are eligible to apply for TS ECET must submit their applications online only. Link of Applications available from April online applications until June without a late fee

Registration fee: Rs. 400/- for SC/ST/PH candidates; Rs.800/– for all other candidates. Register fee must be paid in person at TS Online Centers, AP Online Centers, or online via Credit card /Debit.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must be from the State of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh.
Qualifying Examination Applicants should hold a Diploma of Engineering and Technology or an equivalent recognized by the State Board of Technical Education of Telangana State/Andhra Pradesh. Candidates must have a 3-year B.Sc. A degree examination in Mathematics from a University in Telangana/Andhra Pradesh.
Qualifying marks- Candidates must pass their qualifying examination with a minimum of 45%. Qualifying marks for reserved categories are 40%
Candidates pursuing a Diploma program in sandwich design will be eligible to take TS ECET. These candidates will need to complete their sandwich course practical training before counseling can be completed.

Exam Pattern for TS Engineering Common Entrance Examination

The Entrance Test takes three hours and the Question Paper contains 200 questions according to the Pattern of the Entrance Test. All questions will be objective (Multiple Choice only). Each question is worth one mark. The Test Timings are from 09.00 AM to 12.00 Noon for Morning Session and 3.00 PM until 6.00 PM for the Evening Session.
