About Telangana University:
Telangana University was established by Law No. 28 of the State Government in 2006. The University was established with the aim of making higher education accessible to the Nizamabad district in Telangana. Telangana University was the prestigious NAAC “B” Grade with a good score of 2.61 in the evaluation of the first cycle conducted in December 2015. The university was initially launched with six courses and it was opened in the PG building of the government. College of Giriraj in the region of Dubba in the city of Nizamabad. The University was moved on January 30, 2009 to the huge 577-acre campus in Dichpally along National Highway 44 on the Hyderabad-Nagpur Highway.
