Visit the website of the Chief Electoral Officer, Uttarakhand and click on the “Online Services for Voters” tab on the home page.

Select the “Online registration of new voters” tab from the options available on the screen.

Form 6 appears on the screen. Replace the details as requested after reading the instructions on filling the form.
