Yogi Vemana University is a new university which was founded within the Kadapa district. It has its West Campus at Idupulapaya. It was previously part of Sri Venkateswara University. It was named in honour of the great philosopher, philosopher and thinker as well as Social Reformer Yogi Vemana. The most well-known Telugu poet as well as the greatest Sage of all time.It is located within Mittamedipalli the village, as in the Panchayat around 15 kilometers away from Kadapa located in Kadapa Road.
