AP ICET Counselling Dates 2023
The conducting body of AP ICET- APSCHE carries out AP ICET counselling in different phases like registration, certificate verification, seat allotment, etc. During the registration for the counselling process, candidates will also be required to make an online payment towards the registration and processing fees. For open-category candidates, the counselling fee is INR 1200, and for SC/ST/PwD candidates, it is INR 600. This year the certificate verification will be done online as a part of the web counselling process.
APSCHE will release APICET counselling dates 2023 on the official website for Admissions shortly after the exam result declaration, and the same will be updated below. AP ICET Counselling 2023 Highlights
Any delay or absenteeism of the candidate in attending AP ICET counselling is not allowed until the second round of counselling is announced, which could lead to missing the opportunity to grab admission to the colleges they wish to join. The additional key highlights of AP ICET Counselling 2023 are shared below.
Counselling: The eligible candidates will have to participate in the counselling process, which will begin after the results are declared.
Process: The entire counselling process will include document verification, allotment of seats and admissions.
Merit List: The counselling is based on the Merit List, which the aspirants score.
Counselling Fee: The counselling candidates must pay a counselling fee of Rs.900/- for OBC/ GENERAL candidates and Rs.450/- for SC/ ST candidates.
Authority: The Counselling process of AP ICET 2023 is conducted by the official test conducting body.
Verification: The qualified candidates for AP ICET 2023 of Andhra Pradesh state must attend the Certificate Verification process in any of the Help Line Centers, which will be notified on the website.
Important Documents for AP ICET 2023 Counselling
AP ICET counselling is carried out in phases, and a lot of documents will be asked for during the process. These documents will also be verified during the certificate verification process. Some of the documents required for AP ICET 2023 counselling are as follows.
The candidate should have the Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (AP ICET) Rank Card.
The eligible candidate should have their Aadhar Card.
They should have their Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (AP ICET) hall ticket/ admit card.
They should have the Residence Certificate (in the case where the candidate has no institutionalized education)
The candidate can have the Residence Certificate of either of their parents in Telangana for 10 years in case of non-local candidates
The eligible candidate should bring their SSC/ 10th or its equivalent Marks memo.
The candidate who has fulfilled the eligibility criteria must have IV-X Study Certificates.
The candidate has to bring their Degree or B.Tech all semester marks Memos & PC.
The candidate must possess an Income Certificate issued on 1st January 2023
The eligible candidate should have the Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority.
If applicable, the candidate should have a Physically Handicapped/ CAP/ National Cadet Corps/ Sports/Minority Certificate.
They should bring two sets of photocopies of all the documents/certificates listed above.

Instructions for AP ICET Seat Allotment 2023
The seat will be allotted in each phase of AP ICET counselling rounds, and only the eligible candidates will be allotted the seats. Below are some key highlights of the AP ICET seat allotment and the eligible candidate instructions.
The allotment will be declared on the official website of AP ICET.
Enter the Registration Number, Hall Ticket Number, Password, and date of birth in the Candidate Login on the AP ICET website.
Download the allotment order, read the instructions printed for AP ICET and also download the challan form to pay the fee for AP ICET.
Pay the fees in the banks as described by the exam conducting a body of AP ICET.
Report to the allotted college on the date mentioned in the allotment order with the Admit Card.
Based on last year’s counselling process and eligibility for AP ICET, candidates who secured 50% (for OC) and 45% (SC, ST, BC) in aggregate in the Degree and the exam were eligible for admission.
Certificates to be produced by PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Candidates:
a) PH-Certificate issued by the District Medical Board. Candidates with 40% and above disability are only eligible.
b) CAP- Certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer (In case of Ex-Service men) Identity card and Service Discharge book for verification. Candidates whose parents are domiciled in Andhra Pradesh are only eligible to be considered under the “CAP” Category.
c) NCC & Sports- To produce Original Certificates issued by competent authorities.
d) Minorities: SSC ‘TC’ containing Minority Status or Certificate from the Head Master.
e) Anglo-Indian: A Certificate issued by the Competent Authority of their place of Residence.
Note: Original Certificates need not be deposited in the college at the time
of admission.
All ICET Candidates can exercise their options from any Internet café or Help Line Centre or from their Residence after Certificates Verification on the above-mentioned dates. The detailed Procedure of Exercising Options will be placed on the Website:https://apicet.nic.in. All Help line centres will work from 09.00 A.M. to 05.00 P.M on each day.
