Naveen Jindal was born on the 9th of March 1970, in Hisar, Haryana. Naveen is the daughter of the industrialist as well as politician Om Prakash Jindal, and Savitri Jindal. Savitri. Naveen Jindal completed his childhood education at a school on a campus situated in Hisar, Haryana. Following this, he finished his Commerce degree from Hans Raj College, Delhi, and post-graduation in management at The University of Texas, USA. As Naveen is studying at the University of Texas, he was awarded an award called the “Student Leadership of the Year” Award”.
Naveen, who emigrated to India after having completed their studies. He was elected an MP in the Lok Sabha on a Congress ticket in 2004. On the 5th of August, 2004 Naveen was appointed an official Member of the Home Affairs Committee. Following this election, he was elected for the second time during the 2009 Lok Sabha elections. In this time at the end of August, He was appointed an officer of both the Home Affairs Committee and the Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Defence.
