Online and offline payment options are the two most popular. They can be accessed by customers in multiple ways to settle credit dues.

Online Payment Of Credit Card Bills

Current and savings must account holders register to use the Central Bank of India’s Net Banking service. After registration, you will be able to make online payments quickly and easily. Customers are allowed to link their credit card to their net banking account via the net banking portal. To link your credit card to the net bank account, you will need to use your ATM pin.

Customers can access and download credit card information, statements, monthly statements, unbilled transactions, etc. through the internet banking service. Log in to your online banking portal to pay credit card balances. Click on the Credit Card tab, then click on “Credit Card payment option”. Your savings account at the Central Bank of India would resolve the bill.

Mobile Banking Application

Users of credit cards with the Central Bank can use their Mobile Banking app for managing outstanding bills. You will need to download the app on your smartphone. After downloading the required app, log in to the app using the customer ID. This portal contains all features that are available through the Net banking facility. To pay your credit card dues you will need to click the credit card tab, then press on “Credit Card Payment Option”. You can pay your credit card bills using the portal’s 128-bit SSL encryption.

National Electronic Funds Transfer

Customers can pay their credit card bills with a different bank account if they have access to the NEFT facility. Pay attention to the instructions, as they may differ slightly for different banks. For NEFT payments, customers are required to enter the payee’s account number. This is the credit card number. Payments made on working days (weekdays) are credited the next day. Payments made after working hours will be added to your credit card account the next business day. For credit card bill settlements, you can also use the RTGS service.

Cheque payment

You can resolve credit card bills at Central Bank if you feel comfortable making cheque transactions. To resolve credit card bills, the customer must drop a check at an ATM or branch of the Central Bank.
