New Registration Policy Telangana State

The Prime Minister Sri K. Chandrashekar Rao said that from June comes into force a new registration policy, which would be a free, transparent and corrupt online registration site. Meanwhile, the CM asked the officer pilot base to register and administer the site in the first phase to 5 mandals and the second 30 mandals in a managerial state. Based on the experience gained through the pilot program, officials must implement the new registration policy and website management Dharani without any problems, errors or failure.

“Both the seller and the buyer should contact the office of subinscriptor in advance and a date and time allocated. The secondary interested recorder will give her a time interval. “From June enrollment should take place in every mandal. There are 141 offices under registration in the state. In 443 mandals where no admissions offices are granted the powers of Tahsildar. A training phase will be given to Tahsildars and the second phase will be organized soon, “said the CM.

Use this information to create the website Dharani. All staff members introduced in Mandal need to load updates daily. Therefore, theDharani websitecontinuously updates its information. The Dharani website will have all the information about the country, who owns what with clarity land and would be public domain and therefore will be transparent, “said the CM.

With regard to the administration website Dharani, from May 7 in the first phase in five mandals, since May 19 30 mandals, a rural project to be held in each district. During the pilot project, the problems that will be brought about in the implementation of the website Dharani and solutions will emerge. Later, with all the information from mandates across the state, the Dharani website is launched. The state government will sign an agreement with ILFS service providers on April 20 to maintain the Dharani website.

In the first phase, in Ghatkesar Mandal in the district of Medchal, Jagdevpur in the district of Siddipet, Kothur in Rangareddy, Sadasivanagar in Kamareddy Kusumanchi pilot program will be held in Khammam.
