Sainik School Admission 2023: All India Sainik School Entry Examination is conducted in order to grant admission into the Sainik Schools throughout the country. It is used to admit students in all Sainik Schools in classes 6 and 9. Every year, AISSEE is a National Level Entrance Exam. This examination is administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Multiple-choice questions are available. Only male candidates are eligible for admission. The Sainik School Society, Ministry of Defence, oversees the Sainik Schools. Criteria for Eligibility
To be admitted to Class 6th
For admission to Class VI, the candidate must be between 10-12 years of age as of 31 March 2023. For admission to the academic years 2023-22, he/she must have been born between 01/04 2011 and 31/03/2013 (both days inclusive).
To be admitted to the Class 9th
For admission to Class IX (i.e. For admission to Class IX, the candidate must be between 13 and 15 years of age as of 31 March 2023. Girls are not eligible for Class IX.

Recent Photograph of Students in 10kb-200kb
Upload the signature of the student in 4kb-30kb
The thumb impression of the left hand must be between 10kb and 50kb.
The birth certificate size is 100kb to 400kb
In 100kb-400kb, a Domicile Certificate may also be required
Similar to caste certificates, the size of the certificate must be between 100kb and 400kb.
Final, the Service certificate (for Defence category serving) and PPO of Ex-servicemen must also be 100 kb to 404 kb
AISSEE 2023 Application Process
The candidates can apply for AISSEE 2023 “Online” only on the website https://aissee.nta.nic.in.The Application Form other than the online mode will not be accepted.
Follow these steps to apply online:
Step 1: Register online using your unique email ID and mobile number
Step 2: Complete the Online Application Form. Note down the System-generated Application Number.
Step 3: Upload the following documents
Scanned images from the Candidate’s Photograph (file size 10 KB – 200KB)
Format JPG/JPEG
Candidate’s Signature (file size 4kb-30kb in JPG/JPEG format).
Left-hand thumb impression of the candidate. File size: 10 kb to 50 kb in JPG/JPEG format. In the event of a left thumb injury, the impression of the right-hand thumb may be used.

Caste/Community/Category Certificate
Certificate of service (for Defence Category-serving) or PPO for Exservicemen, if applicable. The certificates are as described above: Filesize (100kb to 400kb in JPG and JPEG formats). If the uploaded information or documents are incorrect or incomplete, or cannot be correlated with the original certificates required at the time 3 admissions, then the candidate may be denied admission.

Sainik School Admission 2023 Application Details
All details must be filled in according to the documents.
Candidate must upload scanned copies for signatures and photographs.
AISSEE Authority offers the possibility of making corrections in application forms by opening the correction window following submission of applications.
If the authority finds guilt, the candidate will be removed.
After paying the required amount, the offline application can be picked up at the school counter. The school must receive the completed application along with a copy of the cash receipt. At the cash receipt reserve, the candidate must include the name of the father or candidate.
Online applications must be submitted by the original applicant form. Photos copies of forms obtained from the internet won’t be accepted.
Reservation Criteria
15% of total seats are reserved to Scheduled Castes, and 7.5% for Scheduled Tribes.
67% of remaining seats will be reserved by boys from the state where Sainik School’s Sainik School is situated. The remaining 33% will be open to boys from other states or union territories, in proportion to their male population. All unutilized seats from this category will be combined with seats in the home state.
25% of the seats are reserved to children of ex-servicemen and service personnel.
Exam Pattern AISSEE 2023
For Class 6th
The 6th class exam question paper will contain 125 questions on the subjects of mathematics, language, GK and intelligence. The total mark of the question paper is 300 and the medium for the exam will be English and Hindi.

Sainik School Exam Result 2023
Online release of the Sainik School Admission 2023 result based on applicants’ performance on the entrance exam. The official website will allow you to view the AISSEE results pdf. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview once the results have been released. This will be followed up by the publication of the final results.
