  • Duplicate of the Relevant Certificates issued from concerned experts if Special Reservation is guaranteed under PH/NCC/SPORTS/CAP
  • Movement Certificate (Student considered other than Vikrama Simhapuri University), Declaration structure as given in Annexure-B
  • Two sets Xerox duplicates of previously mentioned declarations and Two Passport measure photographs
  • No Candidate will be permitted into the Counseling Hall without Provisional Certificate (P.C) and Transfer Certificate (T.C).
